- Arthur holds a PhD in economics from Sciences Po, is a former student of Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan, and has been a member of IPP since october 2018. He works in the "Firms" and "Households taxation" groups at IPP, on topics such as dividends taxation, wealth tax reforms, research tax credit and the impacts of academic research on the private sector.
