- Antoine has graduated from Ecole normale supérieure (Paris) and holds a PhD from Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS). He has worked on pension issues as well as tax and benefit systems. After working at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) in London, he has joined the Paris School of Economics (PSE) in 2011, as director of the Institut des politiques publiques (IPP).
