The Institut des politiques publiques Policy is today releasing an opensource test function for identifying the inefficiencies of a socio-fiscal system. To illustrate the utility of such a tool with a concrete case, the researchers applied it retrospectively to the 2019 reform of the prime d’activité, following the yellow vest movement.
