The Institut des Politiques Publiques (IPP), a joint scientific project from PSE-Ecole d’économie de Paris and Crest, aims at promoting analyses and quantitative evaluations of public policies based on the most recent methods used in economic research.
For the different projects conducted by the IPP, we hire graduate and PhD students, as well as junior and senior economists. Our areas of research cover a large number of topics: taxation, social policies, labour market issues, health and education matters, ageing and pension policies, as well as housing and urban policies. All the projects involve team-working, and you will have to work closely with the other IPP economists and affiliate researchers.
Applicants are required to have a strong background in economics and more specifically in quantitative methods. A good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R or STATA is also required. Oral and writing skills are of paramount importance, along with fluency in both French and English, as our studies are carried out for national and international bodies.
If you have any questions, you can send an email at recrutement@ipp.eu.
