Version 0.2 of Taxipp, which led to the publication of an IPP Policy Brief analysing the 2013 Budget (Bozio, A., Fabre, B., Goupille, J. and Lafféter, Q., 2012), essentially consists of an update of version 0.1 for the 2009–2012 data. This version of the guide is therefore very similar to the previous one and is essentially limited to correcting certain errors in version 0.1.
