The aim of the project is to produce a detailed description of the interactions between public policies at local level and geographical inequalities. This description is intended to serve, in the long term, as a basis for an analysis of households’ perceptions of social and environmental justice. This project thus paves the way for an analysis of the drivers of support for the ecological transition through the lens of inequalities and access to public policies in which households are ‘embedded’. The fieldwork will be carried out in the Occitanie region. The regional scope of the project allows for engagement with local stakeholders, thereby enabling a better understanding of the specifically territorial aspects of the issues at stake.
