- After his studies at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Brice got a PhD in Economics from Paris School of Economics. His doctoral research focuses on Local Public Finance, in the context of French municipalities. Brice joined IPP in october 2016, and works on projects related to households taxation and social benefits. He is involved in the development of the microsimulation model TAXIPP.
