Pay rises for home care workers: what impact will this have on the sector?

Context

Jobs in home care are characterised by difficult working conditions and low pay. In 2021, a significant pay rise for home carers
employed in the private non-profit sector came into effect.

This project aims to assess the impact of wage increases in the home care sector, particularly on the recruitment of
female employees, their retention in employment and their job satisfaction, as well as on the care organisations concerned
