- Audrey conducted a Phd thesis on the evaluation of vocational training programs for unemployed individuals, and on the link between the employment protection legislation and the employed individuals' access to training. She joined the IPP on January 2018 and is involved in the development of the dynamic IPP microsimulation tool (TAXIPP-Life). She also conducts some research work in economics of labor, in particular on vocational training policies.
