Insertion and vocational training
Training and integration policies include programmes set up by the state, local authorities, businesses or civil society to promote skills development, improved access to employment and more general integration into society. The work of the IPP unit on training and integration aims to assess the impact of the programmes and public policies implemented in this context. The main focus is on the determinants of entry into an integration or training programme and their subsequent impact on career progression, with a particular interest in integration policies for young people.
Preferred topics:
-
- Barriers to access to training, in particular childcare or mobility
-
- Identification of young people furthest from public employment services
-
- Integration programmes for people furthest from the labour market
-
- The development of apprenticeships
