This scheme, developed by the Fondation des Apprentis d’Auteuil, is specifically aimed at young people aged 16 to 30 who are furthest from the labour market, with the aim of working with them to develop a career plan. The IPP’s remit is to measure the effect of ‘sourcing’ on the engagement of ‘invisible’ young people, and subsequently the impact of the programme on the career paths of the young beneficiaries.
