This blog post expands on the findings regarding inequalities in funding between schools in the Île-de-France region in two ways. Firstly, by extending the analysis carried out in June – which focused on primary schools – to include middle schools / lower secondary schools. Secondly, by using, in addition to class sizes, a range of indicators recently made available as open data to characterise schools: teachers’ ages, the proportion of contract staff, length of service at the school, etc.
