Motivation: Non statutory employment represents a significant and growing share of public sector employment in France. The objective of the project is to analyse the determinants to the use of this type of employment in order to forecast its evolution.
Project: This project aims to provide the pension scheme in charge of French non-statutory public employees (Ircantec) with a better understanding of its contributors and future retirees. The project plans to identify the variety of careers of employees who contribute to Ircantec, and to model future careers of non-statutory employees using a dynamic micro-simulation model.
