The Institut des politiques publiques (IPP) has been established as part of a research partnership between the Paris School of Economics (PSE) and the ENSAE-ENSAI Group. The IPP does not have its own legal personality, but is hosted by the PSE-École d’Économie de Paris Foundation for Scientific Cooperation.
Scientific and collegial governance
The Institut des politiques publiques is overseen by a Steering Committee co-chaired by the Director of the Paris School of Economics and the Director of the ENSAE-ENSAI Group. The IPP’s Steering Committee meets once a year to set the Institute’s strategy.

A management team with a strong scientific background
The IPP is currently headed by Antoine Bozio (since 2012), supported by three deputy directors: Pierre Boyer (since 2019), Julien Grenet (since 2012) and Delphine Roy (since 2023).
An organisation based on thematic areas of expertise
The IPP is organised into nine clusters. A cluster is a team of between 2 and 10 people who develop shared expertise and working practices in order to respond to calls for research projects.
