Analysis of the career paths of non-permanent staff in the public sector

Context

Non-permanent employment accounts for a significant and growing proportion of the French public sector. The aim of this project is to analyse the factors influencing and the arrangements governing the use of this type of employment in order to gain a better understanding of how it is evolving.

Presentation

The aim of this project is to assist in the management of the pension fund for non-permanent civil servants (Ircantec). The aim is to establish a classification of the categories of staff contributing to Ircantec and to provide a retrospective and prospective analysis of the use of non-statutory public sector employment in the medium and long term. The project is based on an analysis of career data for non-permanent public sector staff, which will enable their career paths to be modelled.
