This project is part of the evaluation of the France Relance Plan. It aims to assess the impact of the measures to support the purchase of clean vehicles, in particular those introduced from 2020. France Relance provides for an increase in the environmental bonus for the purchase or long-term leasing of a clean vehicle, which mainly consists of a rise from 6,000 to 7,000 euros from June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 for electric vehicles, and 2,000 euros for plug-in hybrid vehicles. The plan also provides for the reinforcement of the conversion bonus, with the extension of eligible vehicles to include Crit’air 3 vehicles. Between 2015 and 2021, the environmental penalty will be subject to numerous reforms, while the bonus scale will be much more stable.
